Well i have been getting this from so many people saying the look of the patch is boring and they liked the way my V4 looked. So guess what? I have now remastered it. Now its better than ever. This is 100 x as better than the v4 look i believe. Just the way it opens is sexy!

it's an attachment glitch here's a way to fix it:
set your prestige lower (if your 10th go to 9th 65)
play a game online so if processes then prestige and play one more game
set your self to 65 of your desired prestige
you can either lock your self in a lobby with bots and use aimbot to get the attachment legit
try unlocking the attachments but don't do challenges as that will cause the glitch to happen again
