*Side note* Custom models have been successfully imported to and already existing map "Dome" from Call of duty 4 but there are problems that need to be overcome upside down placement, non solid models invisible models etc also for those wondering about Custom zombie maps I need a better ff viewer as the ones in place give out of memory errors when I try to extract any zombie map so that is the only holding me back from working on them.

its not really a custom map, its more of a map edit but if you do get custom maps working you would expect to compile a new zone for each map you create plus you would need to update the .pak file too. otherwise you will just get missing asset errors.


or I could heavily and I mean heavily edit and already existing map into something new.

that would be alot of work, you cannot delete any used (stocked) models from the map because it was compiled with it, also you would expect to have non-solid models because you cannot create a clip barrier through script.
