So I downloaded and installed the 1.07 patch on my jailbroken PS3 and it finally shows. So I put the modified patch into the directory it belongs in, start the game, and no mod menu. So any advice / help please!? I don't get what you mean by deleting the game data, I tried it but didn't work?

You Probably Know Alot Of This But I'll Explain In Full Detail Anyway...

1-Delete World at War Game Data. Make Sure It Is Gone. (Located In Game Data Utility)
2-Install The World at War 1.07 pkg File FOR YOUR REGION
(This Means Looking At The Side Of Your Game Case Or The Disc. There Should Be A Code Somewhere. It Should Be Start Off With BLES or BLUS Then Some Numbers. This Code Represents Your Region. In Google You Would Type In Whatever Your Code Is Followed By "1.07 pkg" It Should Come Up Somewhere. Download The pkg & Place It In The Root Of Your USB Stick, Put It In Your PS3 & Install It via Install package Files or Package Manager For Rebug 3.55.2 CFW)
3-Go To Game Data Utility To Check That A 1.07 Game Data Is There After You Have Installed Update pkg.
4-Find The Modded Patch You Want To Install And Place It Anywhere in Your USB Stick.
5-Install Comgenie's Awesome File Manager FOR YOUR FIRMWARE
(This Means Installing This The Same Way As The Update pkg But Without Needing The Region Of Course. So In Google Type "Comgenie's Awesome File Manager" Followed By Your Firmware. So 3.55 or 3.41. Find, Download & Install The pkg. After The Install, Ther Should Be A New App That Appears in The Game Section Called Comgenie's Awesome File Manager.)
6-Now Run Comgenies Awesome File Manager

COMGENIE'S NAVIGATION CONTROLS:
UP/DOWN = UP/DOWN
X = ENTER
LEFT/RIGHT = SWITCH COLUMN

7-Once Open, On The Left Column, Navigate To The Following Directories (Depending on What You're Modding.)
Multiplayer: (Team Deathmatch, Free-for-All etc.)
/dev_hdd0/game/YOUR WORLD AT WAR REGION CODE HERE/USRDIR/YOUR LANGUAGE HERE/patch_mp.ff <- DO NOT CLICK ON PATCH_MP.FF JUST HOVER OVER IT
Single Player: (Campaign, Nacht Der Untoten & Zombie Verruckt)
/dev_hdd0/game/YOUR WORLD AT WAR REGION CODE HERE/USRDIR/YOUR LANGUAGE HERE/patch.ff <- DO NOT CLICK ON PATCH.FF JUST HOVER OVER IT
8-On The Right Column Navigate To:
/dev_usb <- Numbers Here/NOW WHEREVER YOU PUT THE MODDED PATCH! (MAKE SURE YOU ONLY HOVER OVER THE MODDED PATCH AND DO NOT CLICK IT & THAT THE MODDED PATCH HAS THE SAME NAME AS THE UNMODDED PATCH)
9-Once You're Hovering Over The Modded Patch In Green & There Is A Small "<" Pointing Towards Your Normal Unmodded WaW Patch in The Left Column, Hit O (CIRCLE) Then START. This Should Result In A Copy. If The Size of The Unmodded Patch Became the Same As the Modded One Then You Know It Has Been Done Correctly.
10-Quit The Game
11-Run World At War
12-Try It Out
13-Have Fun!

Hey umm i used what u gave me for this and it didnt help it froze my screen when i went to multiplayer

Well on 3.55 you can't play online anyway, but if on 4.21 then I don't know.

What patch did you use? Did an error come up such as bad syntax or did it just freeze completely

i am having the same problem only thing i the unmodded patch was not in there so i put a modded one in a tested it out and still no mod menu as well idk what the problem is

Just do what Dark-Wolf-Mdz said above...if it doesn't work you did something wrong so start again
