This doesn't require a Jailbroken PS3 only a USB
Sorry For Bad Quality My Friend Recorded It For Me
Put this in your GPAD0_SP so it works for zombies
bind button_back exec "../../../dev_usb000/ZombieMenu.cfg"

How To Use:
1.Load up WAW and start single player(skip this if you have a save already)
2.Copy your save onto a USB stick
3.Open up the save with correy's save editor which can find in this section
4.Replace the GPAD0_SP code with the code above
5.Save it
6.Place the CFG file from the download link in the ROOT of your USB
7.Put your USB back in the PS3 copy the save and load up WAW(USB needs to be in the right slot, closest to the eject button and don't remove it)
8.Enjoy
Controls:
Dpad Up-Open Menu
[]-Select Option
Dpad Up,Dpad Down-Scroll
(Press select when you spawn)

That's the reason we americans cant use this because its a BLES American users use BLUS so it don't work.

Everyone should be able to use any CFG menu as you're putting the exec "../../../dev_usb000/NameofTheCFGFileHere.cfg code into your own gamesave (NOT a downloaded one). The .CFG file isn't region specific (the file that goes on the root of your USB).
You'll probably have to bind a button to open the CFG once you're in the game.
Put

Then press select once you're in the game, then press whatever button he has it set up to to open the menu.

Are sure this does fix the problems and if it does i will add it in to the menu and credit obviously
