Download a random CFG File then open it in notepad then add to it or edit it or delete the whole thing and start fresh or take a menu base then do it ...

Right Click Desktop-New-New Text Document
Open Computer from start
Click Organize on the top left tab and click "Folder and Search Options"
Go to view and uncheck "Hide Extensions for known file types"
Right click new text document and change .txt to .cfg
