you don't need a patch for godmode in singleplayer and zombies. just follow You must login or register to view this content.
but make a .cfg file on the root of your usb and call it what ever but remember t put
exec "../../../dev_usb000/WhateverYourFileIsCalled.cfg"
is in the SP section of your gamesave.

The way I have suggested cannot be any easier.
You edit the SP delete the crap there and paste in the codes and save.
Copy to USB, copy to PS3 and load. There’s nothing simpler.
Push up down left right for activation.
