maybe there is but you just have to find one that works
or you could try and open up in notepad?

The actual program? PS3 Save Game resigner. Correy's is basically the same thing it just automatically decrypts the files instead, which causes issues. Correy's seems to corrupts the files at times and pervents it from being read.

never happens to me

Get a gamesave that has the exec buttons_default.cfg coded in multiplayer. Then code your own mods in wordpad and save it as buttons_default.cfg and put it on the root of your usb stick

Open with wordpad MFC to edit the codes.

Encrypt/Decrypt, you can use an alernate program called bruteforce save data it will allow you to decrypt
then edit the file with XMC
the Encrypt, put the mod you downloaded in the root of your USB
and the edited configurations you made with XMC as PS3-SAVEDATA-BLESXXXXX in your usb aswell

then copy gamesaves on your ps3
