thats not true... you could set a bind string and make an xp lobby....
bind button_back "bind dpad_up noclip;bind dpad_down god;bind dpad_left give all;bind dpad_right player_sustainAmmo 1"
and you could bind other buttons to do stuff like that, but you could add the xp dvars to one
look at my binds.....
