I Don't Really Know But As For Your Screen Cutting Issue, You Can Look Into Repositioning The Menu Through .GSC Editing But If You Don't Know How, You're Best Off Leaving That. The Reason That The Menu Cuts Off Of Your Screen Is Simple. Your Monitor/TV Is Too Small. I Had The Same Problem. You're Best Off Looking For A Multiplayer Patch Where The Menu Is Already Positioned In The Middle, That Can't Really Cut-Off.
