Post: How To Test Patch On PC
03-19-2013, 11:41 AM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I was wondering how I would test my patch_mp.ff on PC. I'm very close to completing and releasing what I have done but I am unsure as to whether I create seperate .gsc files or whether I just drop patch_mp.ff into a folder and run it

Put all your _gsc files here. Load mods, run, bam.

as in you can't see the mods in game, or you can't see the folder in the game to load the mods? If you can't see the mods in game, then something is threaded wrong with your actual code.

I've got them in the right place now and I can see them. It loads up on screen with where the uninitialised variable is wrong but I am unsure as of how to view the console or is it just on screen?

English please, I have no idea what you just said...it loads up on screen with where the uninitialized variable is wrong..? What?

I got onto the multiplayer menu and loaded up the stuff I want to test. When I try to start a game it tells me that within my mods there is an uninitialized variable which results in a server script compile error

How would I "see console for details" so I can see which exact function is messing up as I see nothing wrong in my coding

Sorry if I haven't explained very well I've had a long day
