I tried a few things and decided to redo my background color selector.
Instead if having it in menu i made a scroller for it
More colors will be added soon since this was the test one i made to see if it scrolls and functions fine.
Sorry for the scroller not showing up too good (ill change that soon)
So far this menu is all coded be (besides the menu base)
Also a new Xp scaler i made.
