Controls:
Select: Starts ZM Menu/Turns on Minicon/Scoreboard (Open then close menu to turn minicon off)
Up: Opens MP Menu (Many of these options work in ZM also)
Down: Opens ZM Menu (A few of these options work in MP)
Left/Right: To use editors
X = Selects option
O = Back/Exit

Its still modding, your just mad because people without a CFW can get mods without paying for a service or a CFW... Its all modding. Missed this b4 but on this game you don't get an infection, its loaded via save game... your modding the save and your modding a configuration file. this menu isn't in the game by default, its a mod.
