Hey guys, I planned to make an RTM tool as i have not seen any promising ones in this section. I know this is an old game but it seems as if people still enjoy modding the game so here you go

I'm not a modder or anything but if doesn't open make sure you have the .NET Framework he built the RTM tool with.. I'd stick with the latest version of .NET Framework just to be safe.

Dude can you please fix this rtm tool man, I've been looking all night for just one and I was finally excited to see this but unfortunately

Guys, this tool was built for NetFrame 4.5.2. If you're lower or higher then that then i think that's the issue with tool not opening.

I had the same issue on Win 10 but I just restarted my PC and it opened
