Something who can auto freez the ps3 of these guys should be good...

Ok its totally understandable as mw2 is ruled by cfg

u can make a banning system in gsc lol

just have a notify check on player spawn and see if any clients use bad commands/dvars and then add the client xuid,guid or name to a array and have it check the array on player spawn, pretty simple to write lol

plus waw still has the ban function in the game i think its banClient command but if that don';t work u can easily make one :p
