Play any non-official game disc with your Xbox connected to the internet and you will eventually get banned.

Yeah thats one of the reasons, but there are many others, like if it was falshed with a connectivity kit your less likely to get banned, becasuse if you use the 360 as the power supply to the drive when you flash it, it records that the drive was pwered up but the sata wasnt plugged in, and it sends that info to M$ who obv think its cuz it was being flashed...
