Sadly, I think so. XBR was never meant to come online. The coders of XBR didn't want it online, so I'm doubting they will make a 4. It is possible, and we all hope they do!! I haven't heard anything about freeBOOT though. Anyone have anything on what they are doing?

My M16 is broke
I think that it will just be like the old update, stop the lobbies for a couple of days and then they start going stronger than before.
