Download WxRipper which can be downloaded here from Xbins:

Step 2:
Run Wx360 and open your MW2.ISO file:

Step 3:
Click File>Extract all files and choose a folder on your desktop.

Step 4:
Now that we see all the files we need to delete the files that arent used: (everything with RED must be deleted!)

Step 5:
Copy over the MW2 folder we just made to a USB drive, and then play it however you like!

Keep in mind you will only be able to Load RUST or some other map of your choice that you havent deleted.
