Change your bio to something bad (This will make Microsoft slap you with a 3 day ban, slapping you with a 3 day ban takes a way the other ban you had.) and send messages to all your friends, telling them to file complaint on your bio, this will help microsoft see your bio, and give u a 3 day ban.

yea, you get banned for 3 days. So for example if your like me and have been banned for life you can bypass your ban.
