What kind of "mods" are you looking for? I know Modio has released an update adding Call of Duty 4. Modio is freeware you can download on the net. It enables cheats for story mode. I am not sure, but I think it only works for story not multiplayer. You may not be interested but check the link out below. It kind of explains the software.
