I dont know what the problem is and im not quite sure what to do about it, I thought about dumping and checking the NAND but I figured i'd get some input from the JTAG gurus here. Thanks

Well I've had this problem with my original xbox. This error that you are getting it when the xbox is overheated. Also im not quite sure which one it is because i cant remember but the other red ring is dashboard error. With this error you cant access the dashboard. What i would recommend to you is to keep it in a cool place whenever it is running or send in to the seller and have him fix it.
