You can also do this to several pepole at a time, about 4 max.

What you need

1. The dude on you freinds list (Preferbly at the top of your list)
2. Be in a party (Dont need to be leader, just in a party)

First go onto the party screen, and there should be 2 options. Invite game and invite players. Click invite players. Then Click the person (or persons) gamertag. Then back out and click it again. Slow, but they go as fast as you press them. This is why its better if its at the top of you list.

Even if they join the party, you can keep doing it, or if they are already in your party.
Also if the gamertag is near the bottom of your freinds list, remember you can reorganise it by clicking Y (I think) on your friends list to reorganise it.
