I have just made my New XBL acc and i was wondering if instead of modding it with Profile editor or Lefluffe if i could take the game saves with 1000g's from -nnoiF-'s 100+ gamesaves post, ( I recommend you check it ) and not get banned for getting my GS back up there... because this way there is actual proof i have "played" the game?

have you try making an account and waiting at least a few month so it seem more legit.

I wouldn't risk it to be honest.
Once your caught the first time, they're very harsh the second time
People have actually been console banned for doing it 3 times when banned.
You could always do it slowly and add GDP's using Le Fluffie.
And by putting gamesaves in, You have to actually play the game with the modded gamesave in to get the achievements.
