I am thinking of getting a JTAG but know next to nothing about one, I know this sounds stupid but im trying to learn the basics now.
The first question is were can I get a JATG from that has a menu?
Also this is going to sound bad, I have next to no idea what to do once I have one, so can someone tell me the very basics of what to do ?

umm pretty much all jtags pre made come with the menu. Look on ebay, kijiji or other websites (not advertising) have mod shops that are very trusted. Once you get one you plug it in turn it on, start your game.

What do you want the use the jtag for ?

Thats the basics, You can't really learn when you dont have one. I encourage anyone to get one or make one that are amazing.
