I read somewhere that Unknown from Horizon has already cracked it and is working on a tool that's going to be part of Horizon Premium.

I am in conversation with a better coder than unknown about a forza 3 editor so possibly a black ops editor aswell. I won't hold your breathe but we could be getting these updates :carling:
