It's possible to transfer music to your 360 with a USB Device.

Go to "Music"

Then hit the blue button, "X" - Which is "Choose Music Source".

You must already have your USB Device plugged in.

Select "Portable Device"

Yay?

But if you're trying to move things such as Game Saves, Games, anything like that to your Computer Via a USB Device, you're shit out of luck. The Xbox 360 will only let you transfer Game Saves and other things from your HDD to your MU. Sorry.

There is a way to do that though, google Xbox 360 Transfer Kit by Datel Smile

Ok listen up. What Mo0shy said about selecting different devices using the X button in the media blade is correct. But there is a way to transfer game saves and cheats to your console from your PC. It's called Xploder cheat Saves. This comes with an X link USB cable wich has a normall USB port on one end and a port that plugs into your Xbox 360 Memory Unit. You install the CD into your PC and it is regulary updated with cheat saves and Game Saves. Please +REP if this helped!

If you have windows media center on your pc you can do everything that does but on your xbox. Click it in the media blade.
