Well You cant get a acheviment injector but you can get the profile tool which dies the same job and the only way i know of getting games you havent played on to your list is to let someone recover your account and then load the game up then its on your list

Im sure there will be a way to do it with a memory card. You will just need to find the right file on your Xbox Hard Drive then copy it to the memory card.
