I believe the only way to hack an account is to set ur own website up saying ur giving away free microsoft points or free monthly redeem codes or summat then set a new email up and bam all the dumbest ppl in the world will start sending u there account details u must make it look legit and all that but personally i wudnt bother hacking ppls accounts its just gay but if this person has annoyed u that much then maybe he/she desveres it good luck !!
