He has to be logged on to your account to play it, even if he downloads it from your history. You can try the double controller glitch though, like the one done on the cod4 beta, if it works send me a PM lettin me know so I can be helped out also

I only knwo one way to share the map pack:
I have three acounts on my 360. I log on with the account I downloaded them from. Then I go on to COD and go all the way through the multiplayer screens until I get to the screen where I'm ready to fidn game. Then I sign out and sign on to one of the other names. Be sure you don't leave that screen when you sign out, though.
You just press your xbox button, then you press X(to sign out), then you sign in to the account you want to play on.
I'm not sure you would want to go through all the trouble of doing that on two 360's though, if you even could. But, I guess you could just recover his account when you want to use MP2, then do all that. But, everytime you recover an account on a different 360, it disables it on the previous 360. So he would have to recover it again. Bill Gates and Treyarch want there money, man. I would just save up $8 or what ever it costs in microsoft points and buy it.

on xbox360 its not possible on ps3 it is...
