After months of development, research, and testing, we have reached the point of release. The code behind this program is truly remarkable and we are honored to have the opportunity to share its power with all of you today. Horizon is assured to give you the jaw-dropping performance that you want as you mod all of the Xbox 360 titles that it has to offer. To make modding even easier, Horizon now has a built in device explorer. It supports all Xbox 360 storage devices and is guaranteed to give you maximum performance, just short of what the actual Xbox 360 can achieve. On top of that, over a dozen game modders have been added. Including games such as Crysis 2, Bulletstorm, Brink, and many more. The last, but certainly not least is our little surprise, the Gamer Picture Manager, read more about it in the link above.

//Forgot to quote

So far I have done about 10,000 Gamerscore in 1 month through Hadzz (Free to use unlike Horizon where achievement unlocker is a diamond sub thing) and I have not been banned so as long as you do about 2 games a week or every couple days you will be ok, try to make it look legit don't unlock like 100 games in 1 day.
