Get Coolng Unit to run off of the mobo
bulkheads to seperate the tubing from the case
Make an internal cooing unit

Do those two clamp looking things replace the Heatsink and Other component thats usually next to It ?

cooling unit was about 250
blocks were 25 a piece
mounting hardware was 15$
cooling luquidbwas 12$
tubing was 90cents
