there is a folder named dashboard but it wouldnt work as dashboarb saves to xbox360 to either a chip on motherboard or disk drive

i believe you could do that however if you have already been banned such as many people, you cannot lift the ban

Technically you can lift the ban with a clever chip and a usb flash drive, try googling or youtube it and youll find it out.

nope, When you update it stores data on the 360 itself

If you wanted to downgrade youd need flashed firmware

And even then you wouldnt be able to use XBL because youd get console banned,
