Um it may be possible but i highly dought it As once you hex acheivments and sign in to your profile it updates the info

So the theory is that if you did do it, it would probbly say

"The account is invalid please recover it"

and when you recover it, it would be same old account with the same GS

Sorry but im pretty sure once you hex somthing then update your info on XBL you cant downgrade it again.

Well doing that you see it as the acheviment is gone when your offline then sign in to live then it updates again ....
