Im 13 and i phoned for one from xbox.
they dnt ask anything except what u want it for (you got 20gb and bought 60gb starter pack)
and they ask for xbox serial number. and ur adress
and done

the only way to get it in stores is to buy the 120 brand new HDD.

The guy I talked to didn't even ask my why I needed it. He just pulled up my adress on file and sent it to me.
