This is getting to be quite frustrating. Hopefully someone can help shed a little light on where I'm going wrong.

If I do exactly as the tut explains.... log into xbox, Launch the game and wait at the main menu for an invite.... Once the game has launched my settings are back to default and I can't enter screenshot.

However, If I log into my profile with my network cable removed so i don't connect to LIVE, start a solo zombie match or resume from a zombie save... I AM able to enter screenshot.

If I enter screenshot from solo mode,save and quit and then take an invite into a friends private match lobby it seems as if I remain in Screenshot (with the build info in the lower right hand corner) but once the game has launched, my buttons/stick configs are back to default and I cant go noclip or GOD....

Can anyone help me to understand what step it is that I'm missing that is giving me so much grief?

For anyone that finds themselves encountering the same problem....

I was able to remedy the situation by having screenshot in my default STICK settings only.

I apparently still had screenshot in one of my default button configurations left over from before the patch. I didn't notice it until I compared a back up with a freshly recovered and edited file.

Iv seen plenty of posts where its advised to place screenshot in both the stick and button configurations but it wouldn't work for me in coop although it worked fine in SOLO.

Just a heads up to anybody else out there encountering similar problems.

I'd take "leecher" over "post whore" any day of the week.

Leechers at least may eventually have something worth contributing, Post whores just clutter up the forums making it more difficult for everyone (lurkers and regulars alike) to actually find the information they are looking for.

Sure, your post count went up by one.... but the only thing you contributed too was wasting bandwidth and server space.

Sorry to get in the way of your "Argument" but is it possible to turn the screenshot mode back on after switching it off?

No I havent messed with it since the last patch but Ive read once you hit x you cant get back into it unless its in solo.

First and foremost, i would like to start off by saying that I am genuinely grateful for the heartfelt compassion you have expressed for my bubble. Id like to return the favor by saying... I hate to burst your bubble kid, but there would still be no shortage of "jack shit" to look at if you stopped trying to take credit for other peoples work that you just repackaged and recycled.

I made a very rookie mistake, and Im not embarrassed to admit it. I forgot to do the first thing I was ever taught to do when troubleshooting a problem.... "double check for the most simple and obvious mistake" I assumed that since the file functioned properly in solo that I was making the mistake in the process of getting it into coop.

I never claimed to be more helpful than you... I came to this thread for assistance. You say you ignored me, but you obviously did not, instead you attempted to insult me. That... and the subsequent response that followed reflect greatly on your character, Sir....not mine.I'd rather be thought an idiot or a leecher than a socially inept and insecure asshole.

I bet if you took half the time you usually spend pretending to be better than everyone else and used it to at least try to pretend to be a decent person.... you might find that you like it.
