Tutorial:

First you have to have a friend who is a high level with alot of skins and camos unlocked,
Then you have to recover his account on your xbox,
Now you find a quick game and while its loading sign out of their high level account and sign into your account,
Then you quit the game and repeat a couple times to ensure it works.
