Having to solder and shit /facepalm That'd be a pain in the ass, plus, the file format on those are a pain in the ass also. Using just a simple File Manager, copying the patch over to the HDD from a simple USB then data transfering.....DONE. Just 3 steps! Explain how long it takes to get a patch onto the HDD of an Xbox
EDIT: And people get banned more than I think? NO, thats on the games themselves you Xbox fanboy, PSN is almost impossible to get banned on, why the $#@! do you think most of ALL the major patch creators/hosters/etc moved to PS3 awhile back? BECAUSE IT WAS WAY EASIER TO HOST AND STILL IS. YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THOSE $#@!ING KVs! WHICH ARE A WASTE OF GOD DAMN MONEY
Its also funny becuase you dont speak from experience.
I have had 9 ps3's and 17 xboxs ( i buy and fix them im not rich, lol)
I have either installed a jtag rgh or proksheet (for all you n00bs out there a proksheet is like the e3 flasher its a nor and nand dumper and flasher which you can use to downgrade the ps3 to 3.55)
I also used to host mw2, cod 4 and blops challenge lobbies for the xbox and ps3 (not blops on the ps3, obviously)
I have got 4 bans on ps3 and 7 on xbox, If we do the math
PSN Bans = 4/9 x 100 = 44.4%
Xbox Bans = 7/17 x 100 = 41.18%
So i therefore conclude that ps3's in my experience get banned more then xbox's
To jailbreak a PS3 any dick head who can use youtube can jailbreak there ps3 (unless of course you are downgrading) however in my experience you have to learn about how an xbox works and how to solder to get good at doing it. This is therefore alot more benifical and you are learning a very useful skill of how to solder and how computers work (im taking about glitching the cpu and soforth)
I am a ps3 fanboy and always will be but i prefer to hack on the xbox because i find it easier because you can insert a hacked nand on ANY firmware (unless they release a new one by the time you read this)
