Why can't you get banned? You do know Sony give out console and account bans.

Also to the OP the xbox is hackable.

My friend from school put some cuss words in his motto and got a 3 day ban :ha!: I can put stuff like that in my comment and never get banned, bans on PS3 are a slim to none chance.

EDIT: And 3.55 PS3's are godly PS3's =D Very rare to find and are the key to modded lobbies, JTAG's are getting fixed more and more every day from what I hear.

Bans on PS3 happen more than you think, and as for JTAGs getting fixed more and more everyday I will just leave my response to that statement in quotation marks...... "lol"

Its funny because you've never owned a 3.55 ps3, I can tell from the way you talk. 3.55 PS3's are worth way more than those shitty JTAGs. Having to solder and shit /facepalm That'd be a pain in the ass, plus, the file format on those are a pain in the ass also. Using just a simple File Manager, copying the patch over to the HDD from a simple USB then data transfering.....DONE. Just 3 steps! Explain how long it takes to get a patch onto the HDD of an Xbox :lol:

3.55 ps3's are decent but now any new PS3 games are protected so its pretty much useless unless you wanna hack MW2 or some COD which if that's all you want a Jailbroken PlayStation for, that's just sad.

People have hacked firmware ie ggbuild, freeboot, ect. The only problem is to have a way to get hypervisor access on the machine to allow for unassigned code.
