You only have to resign it and rehash it once. So if you get one program (i.e. Modio, it resigns and rehashes) just open your gamesave/profile in it then hit resign and rehash. Om3gaSn1per is also working on a program that will rehash and resign.

Yea if you need to change the profile id's or device id's
