download cod tool 1.5
xport 360/xplorer 360
open your call of duty 4 gamesave in xport 360/xplorer 360 drag to desktop
then drag the gamesave into codtool 1.5 pick which mods you want...
save changes twice (to be on safeside) drag back into xport 360/xplorer 360
sign into your profile offline pick mission
wait 10 seconds sign back into XBL

Did all that and nothing.. no difference to cod4. Any patch i need to delete/disable? How do i know which is my cod4 save?

Most of the online mods are patched, i my self am still waiting for a bypass lol.

Before you do any modding in CoD Tool make sure you go into the mission you want to mod on COD4, as soon as it loads save & quit. do as said above. Load up cod 4 and click resume game.

You need to do this for each mission you do.

DUDE get profile editor 2 mod ur gamerscore i did i got 33 000 g !

And when Microsoft find out (which they will eventually) they will reset your gamerscore to 0G and change your gamerzone to Cheater. And you cannot change that back. They will monitor your account afterwards and if you do it again they will Ban your account.
