I have a dev kit but i dont only mod halo 3 i mainly just download shit form pnet since it is free if you dont know. Plus you dont need to know c++ i know to code in it but for Indie games for xbox you can make a game with C#. Demo kit is not only for arcade games all dev,demo,test,review kits are the same you can transfer files via xbox neighbor You can also transfer iso over xbox neighbor.
Btw i got my for 950 it is a falcon Xenons are worth more But mine has the most recent kernel.
