Yes you still will. Whenever you mod your profile Microsoft can tell and it raises a flag. Eventually you will get banned. In a few months people with more than 3 flags will get a auto ban cuz of a ban wave. Yes banwaves are real but dont happen often. Now Horizon will be able to mod achievments and Make your profile undectable so you dont get banned or a flag raised. Horizon is not relased yet but will be soon.
