I'm sure if you were able to iso mod multiplayer on CoD 4 everyone would be doing it. But you can't because the multiplayer section of the iso is encrypted with a RSA which needs a key for it to decrypt and encrypt. Unless you know the 2048bit key (which would make you a GOD) you are never going to mod it.
