Requirements:
Horizon - You must login or register to view this content.
Xbox Configured USB
Steps:
1. Download, install & launch Horizon
2. Click on the "Tools" tab across the top of the tool
3. Click on "Gamer Pic Pack Creator"
4. Type in the name of the Gamer Picture pack on Xbox (usually categorised by game title - e.g Call of Duty 4)
5. Double click on the correct game / pack and it will start to download the images
6. Click on any Gamer Pictures that you want in your custom Gamer Picture Pack. To search for a new game click the stop searching button and continue from Step 4.
7. Click in the bottom right box and enter a name for your new Gamer Picture pack, this can be anything, I usually just put something like "Pack 001"
8. Insert your USB stick (If you haven't already) and click on "Save to Device" and click your USB.
9. Plug your USB stick into your Xbox and change to one of your new Gamer Pictures

When using this tutorial you are subject to a ban as this is marketplace theft, although the chance is very small theirs always a chance you could be the one who gets caught and punished!

As with all modding theirs a chance of being banned, however the chance of getting banned for this is very small. This is because the only terms that they have to ban you for is "Marketplace Theft", which they cannot prove that you have not purchased this on a prior account to my knowledge.
For all they know, you could have recovered a friends account and changed it using their profile or purchased the GamerPictures on a previously owned account.
