Version 2.011 is a quick bug fix. Version 2.01 fixes and tweaks a lot of thigs. It has a completly redone resigner tool which allows you to open CON, LIVE, and PIRS files. It has a redone tabbed webbrowser. It fixed some bugs and adds a new game - Borderlands. Enjoy.

where do i extract the DLC files from?

This won't let you resign LIVE containers guys. It let's you open them...

You will NOT be able to get free DLC.

Finally someone who knows what they are talking about! If this were true how many tutorials would you see on every modding site. 2,3 or 4 I would think. If you could do this MS would still know that you don't own a legit DLC for the whole reason you don't have the licence on your console, so you'll just have to buy your DLC.
