I use a easy cap DC60+. It's not HD it's a rga imput but it has great quality for the price and it supports 16:9 ratio. It's works in pal 60 and the American equivalent. You can pick one up on eBay for $20. Just make sure you get a DC60+ otherwise you can't record pal 60 or the american equivalent ;-)

i use a Dazzle Capture Card mine records in HD

Most Capture Cards that record in HD are $100-$200

Dazzle do HD capture cards now? I find Dazzle far too over rated, Most of it's underdog rivals or unknown brands are far better.

it uses rga but i use pinnacle studio and it edits it to HD

yeah my video footage never skips or audio wont lag behind its pretty nice just started making montages. i made my first montage on cod4 it sucks though
