I changed my bio in december to something that had the word "shit" in it. It was 2 sentences and I decided to take out the second one like 5 minutes later. In early January I changed it to that snakes on a plane quote, but I changed "snakes" to "campers" and "plane" to "game". Then I added "(mw2)" to that to clear up what I meant a few days later.

Well at the end of January I got suspended from Xbox LIVE for 24 hours for the bio I took the second sentence out of, they deleted all my Name,Bio,Location,Motto and changed it to Code of Conduct. Ok fine, well I play the day I got unsuspended then the next day I go on, suspended for a week, for both of the camper ones. Now a week later I was playing earlier today and I got off and tried to go back on and I'm suspended until 2/25/10. 2 weeks for the one I made in December and changed 5 minutes later.

THAT IS RIDICULOUS. Is anyone else getting stupid suspensions?

I don't think it has anything to do with your text. When you get banned, your entire profile will say code of conduct, I think. So were you doing anything you weren't supposed to be doing? hacking, glitching etc.

Sorry, but I've had my bio saying "**** MW2" for 1-2 months now and no suspensions and bans.

You probably got reported for Hacking and/or Glitching. If not, an unbelievable amount of people reported your Bio/Profile.

You shouldnt be getting banned 4 that. youve had to have done somethin else
