agreed because the pro banned my boosting account for boosting after i got 1 month on it

The Pro is a fagg, he even banned me for messaging him and saying "Aren't you that bad Mod on Youtube"

LOLwaffle wut? the kid needs to grow up, Taking a MODERATOR to court for doing his job LOL, okay so it WAS a little harsh the way "the pro" talked to him, but its his job, and if some annoying 15 year-old kid was annoying me while i work, i wouldnt just ban him from the store (eg if i worked in a computer game store) i would knock his ass out! plus the game "mw2" is rated 18 (not sure the USA equvilent, but its not for kids anyway) so he shouldn't be playing the game. this will totally flop in court, why? his crappy youtube vid, as "the pro's" boss has already said its been heavily edited, thats why nothing happened to "the pro", and if you actually belive "IZLUPRO" didn't edit the video then you are as dumb as him for taking "the pro" to court..

sorry man, it wasn't directed at you just everyone in general, yeah i do think their is something that says you can play the game if your under 18 as long as your parent/gardian says its cool, but still when your 18, you get treated like an adult, and if your "supposedly" mature enough to play a 18-rated game then you should treat others with the same kind of respect, you want to be treated with, so i do think "the pro" was within full rights of his power when he banned "itslupro" or anyone else that has pissed him off. same sort of thing in CoD4, if someone is in your way or pissing you off in a Hardcore S&, you would teamkill them, okay so its a little diffrent (teamkilling & banning) but its the same princeable..

WOW i go for both because Izlupo helped me with alot of stuff modding and all that but i really dont think he should take him to court because its his job to moderate but my friend sent him a message saying your good at mw2 and he said ur banned for viloting the terms of use WTF so i say take him to court i have 1 more month left inteal im done being banned than buy a 1 month and capture it and record it and show proof
