gamermods.com has a cod5 controller that fires right under the allowed cap. also comes with 3 shot bursts. a lil pricey tho.

My chips work on cod 5. They are rated lower than the max and work just fine and are quite fast. I charge 30.00 to install chip ad resistors. It has 3 modes that you can change by using the sync button. The sync button still works as its supposed to as well. Works on most all FPS games. Process takes all but an hour to do.So if your interested you can send me your controller the day I get it I will install and ship out the following day. Interested let me know.
