Actually the new ones don't get Red Rings anymore because they combined the Heat Sinks instead of using two different ones., thus relieving the problem of the Motherboard getting too hot and expanding.

Again why do people come on the Xbox Forums and click on stuff to just say PS3 is better? You're wasting your time and ours.

Anyways I did see that they combined the heat sinks, and they don't use the red rings as an error code either.

They didn't combine the heatsinks, they combined the chips Smile

But let's consider their logic for a second....

Its over heating! Let's half the surface area to cool but double the heat coming from it. Lets half the heatsink as well.
