Yeah, especially when their competition's controller will be going for $49.99 and the other controller for $29.99...

But Move is just like a Wii though, using the same tech near enough. This is completely new compared to that IMO. It is too much for now. I think it would be wise to wait and see what game companies will make for it. The potential this thing has is huge but the game devs need to make the potential into reality. I think it is too much for now, with very few games out, but when more proper game maybe like fifa or baseball game and such come out then it might be worth that much. I could see this being on the new Microsoft console when they make one, and who knows, maybe the next Sony one.

$149 = a lot of stripper money :whistle:

It costs MS this much to produce them, so whilst it isn't too much in that perspective it is in any other. They really should have thought about that first.

i think its kinda much but your not only getting a motion controller but also a web cam feature and its voice activiated i think the move being 100.00 is alot its just a motion controller with an eye toy if there was more to it i think that would be reasonable but im not gonna buy it anyway b/c 150.00 for something i will play once is waste to me

Move is nothing like Wii and was actually being made before Wii ever existed. They had a Move controller that worked on PS2. And also, Wii doesn't sense left to right or forward or backwards, PS3's move does. It's totally different and is more accurate than Kinect. Also, Kinect doesn't have buttons! How do you think people will be able to play with no buttons?! PS3's Move will be able to use buttons, which means more exclusive games. Could you play Ping Pong with Kinect? Don't think so... What about Socom or any other shooter game? NOPE! NOT WITHOUT BUTTONS! Dev's will be able to make real simple Wii-like games with Kinect, nothing like a full huge game like what is possible with the Move. These aren't opinions, they're facts. Now this is my opinion, Kinect sucks and will fail. :p

I would never buy this or the move if i wanted to get up and play video games i would play my dusty old wii.
